You also have the option to download a higher-quality H.264 version. This one will work on any of the video-capable iPods introduced in September 2007, and on the iPhone. It also looks decent on a TV via an H.264 capable media server like the Apple TV. For playback on a computer, I recommend iTunes or QuickTime. VLC also works, but I don't find the visual quality to be as good as with QuickTime.
